RecommendedDr. Ingram is amazing! I started going to her in Fall 2019 with a constant lower back problem (since I had my daughter in early 2018.) It had increased to several times where I had trouble sitting. She has worked with me to alleviate the pain, teaching me so much along the way. The older I am, the easier it is for me to pull a muscle or twist something out of place. Dr. Ingram knows exactly how to work on aligning my body and relieving the discomfort. I am quite thankful.

Very helpful, friendly, and professional staff at this office. Came in with severe knee pain and after a few visits actually have some serious relief. I highly recommend this practice to help you if you’re suffering from knee or back pain.
I have been going to Dr. Ingram since 2005 for back and muscle issues. After 2 sessions of Lipo Light I could hold my stomach in! Dr. Ingram is great and so is Lipo Light!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ingram for the past few weeks and I’ve had such a great experience. I was having horrible pain on the ride side of my back and Dr. Ingram has helped to relieved 90% of that pain so far. I look forward to my next couple of visits.
I’ve been a client of Align Spine Health Center since 2012. Dr Ingram has been very instrumental in my recoveries as I’ve dealt with serious back issues for years. She and her staff have been very accommodating and knowledgeable and she comes highly recommended.
