Dr. Tom has taught me that there is more to being adjusted than simply getting your back cracked. He educates you on what happens to your spine just by living. He and the rest of his staff teach you how to avoid injury and keep your spine healthy. They have classes, dinners, and other opportunities to learn and have fun at the same time. As I chiropractic student I get the opportunity to shadow Chiropractors around the twin cities area. I was told about Align by a good friend, and was not disappointed. They provide excellent care with LASTING results. If your looking for a true corrective care chiropractor to not only get you through your health problems, but to help you function at 100% again, Align Health and Wellness is the spot!
