It is almost a year ago that I walked into Align to see if they could help me with some pain I was having in my hip. The medical Dr. said I had bursitis and wanted to start cortisone shots. I wasn't a fan of the thought of a temporary fix. I admit I was a bit skeptical with the idea of chiropractic care, but maybe it would help. In October of 2018 I found out that I had two bulged disks in my back. Since mid November I have been going to seeing the Doctors at Align 4 to 5 times a week. This is in combination with a physical therapy program from Tria. The results have been amazing. I am now virtually pain free. What a change from six weeks ago when I could hardly even walk without having pain in my legs.
Great with young athletes! Helped my daughter throughout her rehab and we continue to go weekly.
Dr. Tom and his team are seriously the best (and most fun) people around! They care about their community and want to help every person that they meet hit their health and wellness goals. I highly recommend seeing them for your chiropractic needs!

I am a new practice member of Align. I am already seeing a huge difference in the frequency with which I need to take pain meds for headaches after only 2 months! I recently went to Nickelodeon Universe and was able to walk around for several hours and ride all the rides with my 5 year old son without ANY pain medication for a headache or other pain - this is amazing!
Far surpasses standard chiropractic. Corrective chiropractic is POWERFUL healing! Align H&W is one of the best!
