I really enjoy my classes each Wednesday. The other participants are very easy going and friendly. I have never been made to feel self-conscious and both Jess and Britney are great and very patient instructors. The atmosphere feels very safe and I can be myself.

If you want high level Pilates this is the perfect place and trainers. I thought a few years ago Pilates was like Yoga! How wrong was I. Much better than gym training and highly trained experts to guide you
