Ideal Protein completely changed my life & health in a positive way. Ideal Protein has given me my life back. I have lost 89 lbs and have about 50 more to go. I have tried everything including lap-band surgery, which was the worse thing I ever did. I had nothing but problems with it. I was so glad that I was not told I had to exercise with my bad knees. I was on 2 Celebrex a day and I haven't taken one in months.
