After starting the assessment elsewhere and being overwhelmed by the process, Cindy from Align clinic came in like a breath of fresh air. She was extremely flexible with our ever changing schedules, took the time to know my family, was very knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. Not to mention baby boys head is perfect now thanks to Align Clinic in Roseville.
We met Cindy at my son's appointment at UC Davis in sacremento. She took scans of his head and they determined he would need the helmet after his surgery. She has been such an amazing help, very communicative, great with our boy. So helpful and very kind. Our family loved working with her, it was completely worth the drive. We cannot recommend her or the align clinic enough for how they've helped our son!
Loved working with Cindy at the clinic! We always felt like our questions were answered with expertise and definitely in a timely manner. We had a very easy time getting appointments and advice as our helmet journey went on. Super great environment with lots of fun toys to help with all scans and our baby enjoyed working with Cindy. Definitely extremely happy with the results of helmeting as well.
I was referred over to align clinic after visiting a local physical therapy clinic in regards to my sons head shape. They highly recommended her and told me how she started her own clinic and is highly educated. I called and it was Cindy herself who answered the phone, she was very flexible and got us in on Monday when I called on a Thursday or Friday. My family and I could not be more grateful for Cindy at Align Clinic. She has now treated both of our children for their acquired plagiocephaly-delivering great results. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, talented, professional and kind. Her compassion for families and tender-heart for babies is immediately felt from day one. She goes the extra mile. We feel empowered by Cindy and know that our daughter/son are in the best care because of her.
