I can't say enough about how great and effective they are.
I could barely walk when I went in this morning (from sever sciatic nerve pain due to pregnancy), and I walked out feeling like a whole new woman!
Dr. Shine is amazing! She listens to you and adjusts according to your needs. She gives great advice. After having twins and then a singleton she was an answer to prayer in my recovery process. :-)
