This was my first appt with Dr Gilchrist. I was very impressed with her knowledge of my condition. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Friendly staff. Bright office
I have been a patient of Dr. Gilchrist for over 20 years.I find her to be professional and very thorough in her treatment. She is the only female urologist in the practice, therefore extremely over scheduled.Dr. Gilchrist needs a PA or the practice needs to hire another female urologist.Parking fees at their new location are high. Plan to spend around $10 for a routine visit.
Listened. Thorough. Developed a plan to address i problems with follow-up scheduled.
I really like Dr Gilchrist & her staff because they are always professional & polite. I trust her judgement completely.
The doctor was rude. She ask me a question, she did not allow me to answer, cut me off. Now because she cut me off now she understand what I said. Did not communicate very well, nor did she ask if I had any questions.
Going to bathroom alot
Staff was courteous although very busy. Wait time was over an hour.
Dr Gilchrist took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them as well to verify that there were no underlying issues.
Alienor was very knowledgeable about my condition, and provided options for me to choose from.
