I really like Dr Gilchrist & her staff because they are always professional & polite. I trust her judgement completely.
The doctor was rude. She ask me a question, she did not allow me to answer, cut me off. Now because she cut me off now she understand what I said. Did not communicate very well, nor did she ask if I had any questions.
Going to bathroom alot
Staff was courteous although very busy. Wait time was over an hour.
Dr Gilchrist took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them as well to verify that there were no underlying issues.
Alienor was very knowledgeable about my condition, and provided options for me to choose from.
Dr. Gilchrist listens and cares about my needs. Her efficient and helpful staff is always supportive throughout and after my visit.
The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. Whenever I come in I am treated with respect & professional courtesy. Dr. Gilchrist is one of the kindest, compassionate doctors I’ve ever had. She is dedicated & genuinely cares about her patients. 5 *
