I thought had a big problem. During my first appointment she explained that I had three different concerns. She completely changed my quality of 100%. I would recommend Dr. Gilchrist to everyone.
Dr Gilchrist is always professional and makes you feel like you’re heard. She is thorough in her assessments and is able to provide appropriate recommendations as a result.
My first visit was informative. Dr. Gilchrist explained every part of the process for screening and treatment. She also made sure I understood WHY I was there.
Very polite, caring staff. Dr. Gilchrist was thoughtful, thorough, kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
Front office staff were helpful and I didn’t have to wait long. The doctor was helpful, good at explaining and gentle, as always. A good visit.
After giving the front office all my personal information... Medicare & Medicare Advatage they refused to accept me as a new patient unless I entrusted them with my SS#. I should not be required to share my SS# with a doctors office, especially with so many data breaches happening.
Dr. Gilchrist answered all my questions, and offered advice for pessary.
A thorough exam was done to assess success of prescribed meds for overactive bladder and recurring infections. The exam was quickly and efficiently conducted.
Terribly I want return. You charge the customer what you think the treatment cost plus visit would be and force the patient to pay before you bill the insurance company ??So the patient has to put up a debit card as collateral in order to get care. Terrible policy . For some this ok!! When I called for appointment this policy was not DISCLOSED. Don’t bother to respond
