I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Alien Air. Even during the peak of the summer season, they were able to send a technician out promptly. Jeremy the technician, was extremely professional. He kept me updated on his arrival time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue with my air handler unit. I can very much recommend Alien AC. In the middle of the summer, my compressor needed a new motor. Chris was able to put me on his schedule quickly and my system was up and running in no time. Definitely 5 star service!
Jeremy was super helpful, polite, respectful, and considerate! Had our AC fixed within an hour. He also taught us helpful info about maintaining our system. He also gave us a cool alien shirt and hat. Shout out to Jeremy, I'll keep your chocolate milk cool any time
We signed up for Alien AC's Home Comfort Service. It is comforting when the techs are able to prevent your AC from shutting down with scheduled service and routine maintenance. We've been enjoying uninterrupted cool summers for several years. You rock, Alien Air Conditioning and Heating!
I recently had Alien Air conditioning come to check my Trane AC unit. The technicians name was Jeremy. This guy got there right on time ! Was respectful and professional. I’m always intrested in what is going on with my unit and he took the time to explain and show me findings and the servicing my ac unit would require.
