We signed up for Alien AC's Home Comfort Service. It is comforting when the techs are able to prevent your AC from shutting down with scheduled service and routine maintenance. We've been enjoying uninterrupted cool summers for several years. You rock, Alien Air Conditioning and Heating!
We have used Alien Air to service our AC for several years and have always been satisfied with their professionalism and service. This past year it was apparent our AC was struggling. Alien Air helped us get through the summer and worked with us on a plan to replace our unit. Today was the day and as always they did a great job! We had to replace the outside unit and the air handler inside. The guys were tidy, left no mess, and as always super friendly, and very communicative. I highly recommend Alien Air!
Jeremy is hands down THE best technician! He has saved us on multiple occasions when our AC has stopped working. My daughter and I live in an older home built in the 50’s. The original metal pipes are still in our home and of course have a tendency to rust and clog the drain pipe. He knows exactly what to do to get our problem pipe clear and back on track to having cold AC blowing. Jeremy did the most thorough air conditioning service we have ever had. Showed pictures and had price quotes for each recommendation. We will only use Alien in the future.
I'm 100% completely satisfied with this outstanding company! Everyone there has been so wonderful and very great to work with. I found them on the on the SRP website under Certified Contractors. After having four companies come out to do their inspections and give pricing, I decided to go with Alien Air because they were very fairly priced and offer an absolutely wonderful warranty.
