I have only had great experiences at Alicia. The vet visits are for my foster dogs, but from the front desk staff, the vet techs and the vets are all very kind and helpful. The only minor issue is it's hard to find parking if you have a Saturday appointment. The plaza is packed!!
I've been so pleased with the care my puppy has received at Alicia Pet Care Center so far. They really seem to appreciate and love my pup, which makes her so excited to go to her appointments. She literally sat in the parking lot today because she didn't want to leave.
We love APCC! The doctors and staff are excellent- patient, kind, engaging, and supportive when you most need them to be. Our babies are our world and APPC helps us make the best decisions for them. Love them!
My dad’s dog was under my care when getting neutered @ Alicia Pet Care Center. We were welcomed by a friendly staff upon arrival. I expressed my concerns post surgery and the staff members were very kind in answering all my questions. I got follow-up calls and emails which gave me more comfort in knowing that we brought our furry family members to the best vet hospital for us. Thank you for taking care of TJ!
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who were so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Larkin was incredibly kind and loving toward Whiskey, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and offering the best options for his care. The technicians who assisted were knowledgeable, compassionate, and treated my baby with so much love.
