Everyone has gone above and beyond!!! I'm greatly appreciative for the efforts all in staff at this vet office. The compassionate way they treat the situation with my fur Baby means the world to me … and the way they collaborate with each to serve my fur baby BEST challenge… The vet I worked with was kind compassionate and supportive…. One of the best veterinarian's that I have ever been to. The staff was very accommodating with my reactive anxious German shepherd Luna. They understood her behaviors and helped all of us feel better. The staff and Doctor spent so much time answering all of our questions and we never felt rushed or pressured into anything. I feel very comfortable leaving my pets care in their hands!!
It's possible their regular vets are fine (hopefully), but their backup vet should be avoided if you need to bring your pets here urgently. She recommends unnecessary procedures while using fear tactics, which is a shame. The backup vet was very incompetent. She recommended the wrong solutions and suggested imaging that cannot detect soft tissue issues. She never asked any history questions, examined the wrong area entirely, and jumped straight to worst case scenarios without justification. She spent only 5 minutes on the ... read more
Alicia Pet Care has been amazing to us and our dogs for over 13 years. The care, the compassion, the love for our dogs and us from the front desk, kennel & medical staff is heartwarming and makes us truly feel like family.
