Everyone was so friendly and understanding of my crazy pup. My asks were respected and trust was built with my dog. I have a Cane Corso that is unsure of new people, but she did so well here because of the friendly and respectful staff. She loooved Alyssa and Dr. Wilcox.
I have only had great experiences at Alicia. The vet visits are for my foster dogs, but from the front desk staff, the vet techs and the vets are all very kind and helpful. The only minor issue is it's hard to find parking if you have a Saturday appointment. The plaza is packed!!
The entire staff is amazing! The front desk is always courteous and helpful. Every doctor we have seen has been kind and compassionate and is always making sure our dogs are well cared for. While excellent care is clearly a top priority they are also conservative in treatment recommendation which is so appreciated. Vets are all knowledgeable and collaborate for the best patient care
I've been so pleased with the care my puppy has received at Alicia Pet Care Center so far. They really seem to appreciate and love my pup, which makes her so excited to go to her appointments. She literally sat in the parking lot today because she didn't want to leave.
We love APCC! The doctors and staff are excellent- patient, kind, engaging, and supportive when you most need them to be. Our babies are our world and APPC helps us make the best decisions for them. Love them!
