I've been so pleased with the care my puppy has received at Alicia Pet Care Center so far. They really seem to appreciate and love my pup, which makes her so excited to go to her appointments. She literally sat in the parking lot today because she didn't want to leave.

Fantastic caring, empathetic, and professional up to date staff and doctors utilizing the most current cutting-edge medicine to care for my fur babies! The friendly staff are always smiling and really show their care in follow-ups.
The service is excellent. Though the recommendation although helpful to ensure the well being of my dog, many of the prescriptions like the panel ended up being unnecessary - though there was fair warning that the prescription might not change due to it. For kennel cough the end cost of $1290.00 was too much. I think instead, what should have been done is try my puppy with the antibiotic first, then if symptoms persist run the other test diagnosis. Everyone was so friendly and understanding of my crazy pup. My asks were respected and trust was built with my dog. I have a Cane Corso that is unsure of new people, but she did so well here because of the friendly and respectful staff. She loooved Alyssa and Dr. Wilcox.
