I would never ever go there again. Worst customer service ever. I was going to Hawaii and asked for a long curtain bangs, first Julie made me wait. I specifically asked Julie to do it, she’s the owner/ manager. She had nothing to do and was drying her own hair, then she asked her co worker to cut my hair because she got busy. I had booked an appointment with Julie and specifically emphasized multiple times that only she should work on my hair. Even though she promised, her assistant ended up applying the color. I kept protesting during the process, but they ignored me and just kept saying, “She’s coming soon.” In the end, Julie never did my color, and my hair got severely damaged. Don't ever come here. There was glue all over my nails and underneath my nails. The glue was completely stuck to my skin. Some were CROOKED. Their machines weren't working at all. My nails weren't even dry. She said she was 90% done all she was missing was the French tip but I asked her to stop because I couldn't deal with how ugly they already looked. I left with paying $40. I honestly should ve have paid. I went somewhere else to get them fixed and they thought I attempted to do these at home.
