I had booked an appointment with Julie and specifically emphasized multiple times that only she should work on my hair. Even though she promised, her assistant ended up applying the color. I kept protesting during the process, but they ignored me and just kept saying, “She’s coming soon.” In the end, Julie never did my color, and my hair got severely damaged. Don't ever come here. There was glue all over my nails and underneath my nails. The glue was completely stuck to my skin. Some were CROOKED. Their machines weren't working at all. My nails weren't even dry. She said she was 90% done all she was missing was the French tip but I asked her to stop because I couldn't deal with how ugly they already looked. I left with paying $40. I honestly should ve have paid. I went somewhere else to get them fixed and they thought I attempted to do these at home.

I don’t have time to be writing a review but I needed to on this one. The only thing I want to say is STAY AWAY from this hair salon. First off, I want to say the scheduling here is horrible. Julie always books my appointment and the time I come in I have to wait for an hour. Second, her employees are not a team player. The girl that was doing my nails she had to stop to do someone else’s hair she asked her employee if she can help and she refused to help out with my nails.
