I would never ever go there again. Worst customer service ever. I was going to Hawaii and asked for a long curtain bangs, first Julie made me wait. I specifically asked Julie to do it, she’s the owner/ manager. She had nothing to do and was drying her own hair, then she asked her co worker to cut my hair because she got busy. The co worker took the scissor on my forehead and I even told her that “ I hope you’re not cutting it this short “ she said “ no I’m just measuring it “ before I knew she cut my bangs.
