I paid for a service, and did not get anywhere close to what I wanted. I booked with Amanda Ryan for a hair special and left with patchy blonde hair. I had to go twice and was still not satisfied. I asked for a refund and was refused many times.
Out of all the wonderful things I can say about Alicia I’ll say this: she made me feel beautiful WHILE she gave me great advice. It was like this wonderful spa/therapist hybrid and I will undoubtably be back next time I need a trim!

She takes time to get to know you, identify your goals for your hair, and give you a comfortable experience- often while you enjoy a cup of coffee and chat. I highly recommend her salon!

10 STARS!!! As someone who changes their hair about every two months I love being able to go to someone who gives me what I want every single time. I get compliments about my hair everywhere I go and the credit definitely goes to Alicia for consistently making my hair look amazing.....no matter how many times I change it up on her.
