Dr. Johnson has the ease of someone so well versed with her subject that she is comfortable with discussing it. She is straightforward, clear and kind in her explanations. Thank you, Dr. Johnson
I have had the worst experience having a colonoscopy with Dr Alice Johnson. the procedure should have been covered by my insurance, as it was with my work colleagues, but I received $1200 bill because my procedure was coded incorrectly. No One would assist me with a Coding Review to discuss this issue. My insurance company got involved, and basically Dr Johnson codes EVERYONE as Diagnostic instead of Preventive and therefore gets to charge EVERYONE for their procedure. You should be ashamed
I found Dr. Johnson to be flippant and she lacked compassion. Her notes indicated she sent a polyp to the lab, in fact the polyp wasn't recovered or sent anywhere. Instead of apologizing for my having to wait over two hours, she blamed the hospital and scheduling. No I would not recommend her, nor will I be returning to her.
