I was initially very inspired by their podcast and truly admired the way they spoke about design, creativity, and originality. It felt refreshing and made me believe I had found real design icons to follow. I was highly disappointed when I bought expensive items from Alice Lane, only to find out later that they sourced their products from Chinese suppliers or Amazon where you can buy the same things and pay 90% less! A no go for me…
Still waiting on half our furniture. Four of my five chairs showed up the wrong color. Chairs the designer picked for my space don’t fit. Love my two sofas, but this whole process and having to constantly email customer service to find out an update on when the rest of my items will arrive has been ridiculous.
Spent over 150k here and they treat me like my business doesn’t matter.
