I wanted the Fulani hairstyle and brought my own half wig, so I only needed the braids done. One of the ladies here braided my hair and braided my edges way too tightly, which caused tension on my edges and left a small bald spot. Oddly, it didn’t start hurting until she got to the middle of my head, so I didn’t think anything was wrong at first. Horrible lazy af and overcharged me for some bs wouldn’t recommend.
Alice was so accommodating and got me in same day. She even gave me food. I can not she’s polite sweet and introduced herself. Very humble and the braids are fantastic!!!!! I wanted this I’m typing this review from the chair still! I’m Mad I didn’t find her sooner! Thanks Alice
If I could give zero stars, I would. Charlene is very rude and unprofessional. I have been getting my daughter's braids done by her for years. This woman lacks communication skills and made me feel as if making appointments irritated her. Please spend your money with someone who appreciates your business.
