Dr. cardiologist is one of the finest and most knowledgeable doctor who has been taking care of me for over 15 years, conditions for cardiac conditions to hypertension, he has done marvellous work in my behalf.
This doctor is a good cardiologist but we had a really unfortunate dialogue with him during a visit. While doing his routine assessment of my wife’s symptoms and history, he slipped in a totally inappropriate and downright sleazy question related to the female anatomy (too graphic to mention) that had nothing to do with cardiology. Totally shocked and caught of guard, we firmly asserted that this has nothing to do with the appointment. Saw him 4 years ago, very efficient. Today after waiting 1.5 hours was told there were still 3 patients ahead of me and “it’s always like this”. Office staff was very rude since I decided to leave. I have a job. I can’t wait 2-3 hours Asked if there was a better time to reschedule and was told it’s always like this.
Dr A. Is great in every way. Proactive, caring, thorough and makes me confident my heart is in good hands.
I took my 97-year-old mother to see Dr. Aliabadi. His exam determined she had an arrhythmia. She is suffering from extreme shortness of breath as well. Dr. Aliabad sent her home with a heart monitor and scheduled an echocardiogram for a week later. No response regarding echocardiogram. Instead scheduled an appointment THREE WEEKS after initial appointment for monitor results. No expediting although this is a 97 year old with breathing problems. Terrible staff impossible to reach does not return phone calls Dr himself is good but unresponsive rude and nasty staff am presently his patient of two years been waiting for an answer for 5 days pertaining to medication after being sent to Los Robles by his on call Dr. Love Dr. Aliabadi can no longer deal with the staff Rita Patty and Heather his office manager who also never returned my call
Office staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. Needed to establish care and office staff made a mistake and had me as having "low" insurance (Covered CA) so shunted me to another doctor in the office. I have excellent insurnace, she made a mistake. After coming as a referral from Emergency, still told wait would be more than 4 weeks. When appointment approached, office left a voice mail cancelling appt and not offering another one.
