Ali’s Pest Service came through when a beehive was buzzing under My Vehicle- tricky spot on the left side of the Driver’s side. Omar a bee whisperer handled it with care. He actually made my Car safe again. I spoke with Ava over the telephone and she understood that I was a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income. She then asked the Owner if there's anything they could do for me? and He said Let’s discount her $100.00 off of the Service Bill… WoW!!! Talkin bout 🐝 Bee-ing Kind! Writing this while laying on my recliner because Umer was excellent and I really wanted to take the time to write this. Umer was very attentive and knowledgeable. Service is very very helpful. Reliable, efficient, professional service. Responded to our call within an hour, took care of the problem and came out for a follow up when they said they would.
