The place was easy to get to, with ample parking. I wasn't greeted right when I walked in, but shortly afterwards I was called to the window to fill out new patient paperwork. I waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room, then another 5 in the room after the nurse had taken my vitals. That is simply impressive. I have never in my life had that short of a wait time. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in
