My 2019 Ford Expedition ran hot after blowing a heater hose connection and I was stuck like Chuck on the side of the road stranded along with my wife all night. The next morning I called around for a MM. Only one guy responded ALI MANZANO! This guy hung with me 4 hours. Ali diagnosed the problem, called around & was unable to locate the part. Ali did an amazing job! He came out to my work. (In Brentwood), and he replaced what I believe was called a coil pack for a fairly good deal. I left work that night, and started driving home. I started having the same issue unfortunately. I texted Ali, and he almost immediately responded with concern despite it being super late at night! He came out to my house (In Murfreesboro might I add) the very next day. He diagnosed that the new part we had just bought had been defective, and went swapped it out, all free of charge!!! ... read more
Did difficult work on an older model car and was thorough and extremely fair in pricing. Will use from now on.
