One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Dr. Jafari completely changed my life by identifying and adjusting a painful and debilitating spinal injury that NONE OF THE PRESTIGIOUS M.D.'s and radiologists I had been consulting for over 2 years noticed. I have been to other out-of-town chiropractors as well, but none of them begin to compare with Dr. Jafari, who is exceptionally competent and truly cares about his patients. Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
