I AM BACK, BABY.. ! Thanks to Dr. Jaffee and UROLIFT. More sleeping and less trips to the bathroom at night. Plus having other general symptom relief that was due to enlarged prostate. The post procedure recovery was fairly easy also. I would strongly consider this path for anyone that qualifies.
I am in treatment with bladder cancer with Dr Ponas providing surgery and care. I feel very fortunate that Dr Ponas is providing medical care, and would recommend his care to any of my family or friends.
Had appt to see the Dr as a new patient. Never did because staff was rude, arrogant and could care less about the patients. Since staff is a reflection of the people they work for, there was no way. 1 example was with them wanting me to sign saying that I had received the privacy form and had no questions. I hadn't received it. Most don't and could care less, but I have actually seen things written in them that could cause major problems, so I wouldn't sign without seeing it. Dr. Jaffee suggested that I was a candidate for undergoing the Urolift procedure to alleviate the symptoms of BPH (Enlarged Prostate). The procedure is accomplished as an out-patient at Affiliated Urologists Phoenix location. I opted to have the procedure done under light general anesthesia . Dr. Jaffee was great. The surgery went fine and lasted less than an hour in office. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaffee for the UROLIFT surgery. It has been 5 months now and everything is great again. Thank you Dr Jaffee.
Dr. Borhan has a welcoming manner and also is very honest with diagnosis and follow up care. He is to the point with explanation while still possessing a bedside manner. Wonderful Doctor.

Treats his practice likes a business. No meaningful follow up and almost impossible to make contact with. Find another doctor.
