From the start it was less then desirable. Our beeper wasn't working so we waited extra long to get a table. Then the food took VERY long to reach our table, perhaps from new or inexperienced cook staff. But the major downer was when the tornados with lobster dish came it had absolutely NO FLAVOR!!!! There wasn't an ounce of seasoning or flavor, and for 35 dollars that is completely unacceptable. My son and I make it an annual tradition to stay in Lake George and eat at your restaurant, but that may change.
It is always a pleasant experience to eat here .

Great atmosphere and wonderful service. The food was excellent. Writing this review 1 year after going there, so details are vague. I just know I will go back again when visiting this beautiful area of New York. You will not be disappointed if you go.
The Algonquin is my favorite restaurant. The warm, welcoming owners and staff go out of their way to make each visit exceptional. The Algonquin is where the locals bring their out of town friends, to experience the best Bolton has to offer. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the food is delicious.
We celebrated Easter dinner with 10 family members. Everything was perfect. Dinner, service and ambiance!
Location was great but the food was terrible. Calamari was like chewing on rubber bands and fish tacos were tasteless....just awful. Would not recommend for anyone to waste their money there...sorry Algonquin...wish I had a better review.
