Algernong represented me in the sale of a triplex in West Philadelphia and I couldn't be happier with the results. He was professional, available, and provided practical guidance based on industry experience and knowledge of the neighborhood.
I am eternally grateful for Algernong's patient and invaluable guidance in helping my partner and me purchase our first home. Before working with Algernong we did not feel prepared to be first-time homebuyers, despite living in Philadelphia for 12 years and knowing we were committed to building roots here. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for having Algernong and his team by my side every step of the way! He connected me to resources for everything from home repair, clean out service and snow removal as we prepared the property for sale. Along with his exceptional knowledge, he provides a sense of calm that makes the selling process easier. Thank you!!
Thank you Al for all the hard work and dedication you showed us along the way to make our dreams come true! As first time homeowners, My fiancé and I were unaware of the ends and outs of the process that goes into purchasing our home.. however, Al made this as smoothly as possible! Loved working with him every step of the way! Al made sure to advocate for us and went above and beyond on this journey together! Looking forward to work with him in the near future!
Working with Al and his team has been an incredible experience. They are professional, diligent, and deeply knowledgeable. This was our second time using them—first to sell a house, and now to buy our family's forever home. We are so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate team!
