Excellent A+ service! Great staff with endless bike knowledge to provide a solution to almost any cycling issue imaginable. Also have many necessary cycling parts, assessories, & clothing right in stock. They are definetly my #1 bike shop in town.
Best bike shop around, friendly and they know their stuff. Their customer service is through the roof. I feel welcome when I go there and always leave happy. As a competitive cyclist and triathlete I trust Alger to take care of my bike. I've bought 3 bikes from them and it all started with a seat post replacement they helped me out with so quickly 5 years ago that showed how willing they were to get things done for their customers.

i bought my first really good bike at algers and the time and the money was so worth it, they treated me like i was the only customer and when i brought my bike in for the check up free of course because they really do care it was like brand new again
Already impressed! I bought my first road bike (since childhood!) and it was a little scary navigating the biking world. But the folks here really took the time to help select a good bike, made sure everything fits properly, and basically set me up for my first couple rides until I have to come back for some follow-up work. I can already tell you stand by everything you sell and you care about your customers!
Couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff at Alger takes a genuine interest in finding ways to make your bike run the best it possibly can. I especially appreciated the time that the mechanics took to educate me on the complements and setups that would best improve my riding experience. I definitely recommend Alger!
Thanks to Don Lee. Sent them an IM on Sunday via FB about bike trouble. Not only did he get back to me, he offered to stop by and look at the bike. Fixed it on the spot. Above and beyond customer service!
