4 days before our state was shutdown I walked into Alger Bike Shop for the first time. It was a pretty cool and laid back atmosphere and employees seemed nice. I was looking at various bikes as I walked around and then, I saw the Lefty! It was the first time I’d seen one in person and was immediately intrigued. This place is amazing on the every level. It’s very apparent that everyone on their staff has a genuine love for riding. They are always eager to answer any questions without making you feel silly or make some recommendations after asking you a few questions- which is key to knowing they aren’t just giving you a spiel! This is my go to place for all things two wheeled and I’d highly recommend it to anyone of any level.
I attended the Cleaning Clinic 101 last night. What an awesome experience! Nathan and Cole were great instructors and very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot without being overwhelmed. Annnnnd my bike hasn’t looked this good since I bought it. Thank you! Exceptional class!
i recieved a new cannondale cujo for Christmas. i went in with it today to get it set up Justin and Nathan went through the bike with me, answered my many questions, and got it set up for me. They thanked me for coming in, and seemed just as excited as i am with my new ride. They are very friendly and helpful. Looks like I'll be driving from the lakeshore to Alger anytime i need something!
Justin was nice and friendly. taking the time to talk to an old cyclist from another state!
