My experience with Alger is less than desirable. Let me begin by complimenting the staff. The staff are awesome, nice courteous and they maintain a professional atmosphere. The Cannondale bikes however, leave something to be desired. Numerous concerns with the product itself. Breaks, gears and crank bar inside of three months. I will never purchase another Cannondale again.
We are a family of aspiring casual bicyclists- came in to have inspections and repairs done on our bikes, and assistance with kids bikes. We were so impressed about service friendliness and knowledge. We’ll be back! Thanks!
HELPFUL! MUCH MORE ABOUT PEOPLE AND THE LOVE OF BIKING, then just $$$. (while we all need to make a living, etc etc. Most business, now day's, even restaurants, put "service" LAST! (ps. AN OLD SEPTIC, I do not,... recommend businesses to often.)
These guys are the best. They have great customer service, and went above and beyond to educate me on the bike I was buying, and how to take care of it. My husband also had to have his bike repaired, now it’s awesome!:)

Just bought a new Surly bike. Alger put the bike together from the order and fitted me to it. The owner, Brian, made suggestions on pedals, seats, and other equipment. Brian made the initial fitting and Mike made the final fitting once the bike was mostly put together. Couldn't be more happy with their service. Before I was going to another bike shop. That has changed. I will now be doing my business with Alger. Looking forward to attending some of their classes and maybe hit a couple of their Saturday rides.
