If you want to get fucked over by your apartment complex this place is for you. They’ll say anything to get you to live here. Then they’ll go back on their word and charge you as many fees as possible. If you get the remote and return it you won’t see any of your money back for the deposit. If you do have a deposit on the apartment they’ll say you never paid it. How did I move into this apartment then? Horrible place. Not worth the headache. Once my lease is up I’m going somewhere far from this place .

I signed a lease to begin on December 1st, put a deposit of $400.00 down. I canceled the lease 3 days prior to lease commencement date! Two months, numerous phone calls, and un replied to emails to management company of this property and NO REFUND of my deposit from this incompetent company! My next phone call will be to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Office of Texas!
