Leasing Manager & co-workers are very accommodating!
Love living here. It’s crazy to me that there are so many bad reviews about parking and the staff. I have lived here for a year and have had no problems. They go out of there way to make their residents happy whether you have an issue or not. My daughter loved her back to school supplies and loves swimming in the beautiful pools. The ladies in the office, and Tyler, are not given enough credit where credit is due.
I am so excited about moving in! The staff in the office were so nice. I felt like I was at home the moment I picked up my keys. I have to say I was a little apprehensive about the property before I decided to lease. I have read the reviews and felt leery in the beginning but, after meeting Eva and Tyler I was put right at ease; the whole team was great.They were very upfront about all the charges I would have to pay every month. They have pretty much stolen my $400 security deposit to cover the cost of my "last water bill". They put my account into collections damaged my credit over $60 I don't owe AND now the collection agency is charging me an additional 50 for this faulty charge that the manager can't fully account for (previously told I owe 583, then 126, then 102, then 60 because their ledger apparently doesn't make sense) so overall I lost $500 after moving out. Someone needs to take legal action against them because they are very shady.....
ZERO STARS.... Worst complex ever! Leasing office staff acts nice but will blatantly lie to your face. Maintenance requests will go undone, but say they’re complete. There’s not enough parking on site for all the residents, and now they’re charging for parking spots. On site property manager doesn’t pick up after her own dogs. NOT military friendly! Have to sign a waiver, waving rights to end lease early if PCSing. Garbage community, so sad as it has so much potential!
Not only are they overpriced for as old and unkempt as our apartments are, BUT all appliances are old AND you have to pay either $35 a month for a carport parking spot or $25 a month (in addition to $1300 in rent) for an uncovered spot.... Or you have to park outside our gated complex in the adjacent residential neighborhood. That makes no sense whatsoever.
