Not only did Alfredo do an awesome job with my windshield replacement, but he stood by his work when my Volkswagen dealership tried to blame him for a manufacturing defect with my brand new car. He went down to the dealership and found the problem quicker than the VW technicians could! He saved me a lot of money and a huge hassle. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. My minivan was broken into and they had shattered my passenger side window. I called on a Sunday evening and he was here early on Monday morning, IN the rain. They window ended up being the wrong size then my make and model had listed so he drove out to OC, got me the size that matched the window in my van and then came back and installed it at no extra charge!! I did find cheaper price quotes but after his prompt call back, understanding tone, telling me to have a blessed day and that they use American made glass, I was SOL... read more
