Pretty much all the reviews on here are accurate. lol Unprofessional - yep. I don't think they really even go beyond making sure it works before selling it. I bought 1 washer/dryer unit and they brought an entirely different washer dryer that wasn't in as good a shape, but was originally far more high end. So as long as you can roll with the punches a little, you can get awesome value. But if you want things to be a "certain way", avoid it like its on fire.
