Five star is not enough for dr. Hong, I must say he is the best doctor i ever had. Very knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. He really takes time to listen and answer all of my concerns. I had 2 normal deliveries before and sadly my last pregnancy i have to undergo c-section. Dr Hong has been my doctor for nearly 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend him. He always takes his time to listen and addresses my concerns. It is not fair to submit a rating for his staff under his review. Why not rating the doctor and mention the negative experience with his staff in your comment.
Had an incredibly positive experience with staff and Alfred Hong, MD. Personnel was amicable/professional and Doctor Hong was genial, informative, and thorough. My appointment did not feel rushed and Doctor Hong patiently answered each question and concern. It is vital to acknowledge the positive experiences as they are encountered.
