Took 30min, they forgot my bagel, then burned it after I reminded them, then didn't even slice it for me. Terrible service.
Don’t know, because they won’t accept legal tender yet cost twice the price of Starbucks with cookie cutter graphic ‘design’.
Not a fan of this Alfred’s location. Parking is a real headache, like many places in the area, but what really added to the frustration was the valet insisting we hand over our keys—even though the lot was half empty and we were already parked. Sometimes you just don’t want to leave your car or personal items when you’re stopping in quickly. On top of that, it took 15 minutes to get a single cappuccino. For a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient, this location really misses the mark.
$15 for a coffee and they "can't add sweet cream onto a hot coffee"? I dont care, charge $25 price is not the problem. Its not a favor, its a product/service. Lack of problem solving skills and basic customer service. Lazy.
