It’s dingy and a bit humid in this area. Ordered a Chaggachino, which I ask for hot, got iced. It was remarkably smooth. I honestly did NOT appreciate the unfriendly, unwelcoming staff. They were oddly quick but more of a “hurry, we’re closing” energy. No “hello how can I help you”, and no, “thank you, your order will be ready in a bit, etc.” Sorry but I’d give it a 1 star if it weren’t for the drink. The hype is somewhat true. Service needs to go robotic.
Poor customer service. Waited over 15 mins for a coffee and the manager made a smart remark. I will definitely not be spending my money here anymore. Of course the one day I skip Starbucks
Service was quick! Just got a regular iced coffee and it was delicious. I recommend this place if you’re in the area (which I was). They got my order out quick
