team is lovely but there is not one single outlet which feels like a bummer !!!
Not the best location to go to. Its already hard finding parking, which is no fault to the business. Its the experience that you have when you go inside. I would come to this one regularly and thought it was just me me. I realize that they are not really customer focused and very bland in personality. I ordered a white mocha and got a mint mocha. This place is starting to go bad. I've started getting lukewarm drip coffee every so often now compared to when I got hot coffee every visit prior to this year. The employees are starting to get worse as well. Today I was offered soy milk instead of my usual half and half because the cashier simply didn't want to stock up on half and half milk at the front. No restroom. Tried their eggnog latte. Was DISGUSTING the first sip but what made it literally 10x worse was all the ice they put into the drink. Why would you design a latte that thick milk based then water down and ask someone to pay $8 for it? The drink itself took almost 20 minutes to make. I used to love Alfred. This place is trash.
