Amazing dealership, expertly run. These guys know their stuff. Had the pleasure of doing business with them multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Their knowledge is extensive and they have a a sense of morality in the way they do business which I find a huge relief in when it comes to the car buying process.

We at Alford Motor Company always do everything in our power to help our customers and we truly went above and beyond in assisting this customer. The stated warranty would not fix his car because a head gasket failure was not covered due to the mileage being well over 140,000 miles, which was clearly disclosed in large bold letters on said contract paperwork. I bought a car from them a couple of months ago. I was promiss a bumper to bumper warranty. I was told by Franics he was a good dealer and wouldn't screw me over. I bought the car thinking I had a full warranty. After a couple weeks the car started to over heat. He took the car to big l's and said it was covered. After a month, the car over heated again.
