Prices of vehicle were above market value, and unwilling to except an offer.
I just wanted to know the availablility of the car so I could come take a look. Instead I basically received a video about the sales team and no info on the vehicle availability
I was under a time constraint for picking this Mercedes C-300 up. I called ahead and had Bill Norcross prepare the car and paperwork as much as possible. I was in and out in 30 minutes and I felt I was taken care of. I'll be coming back for my next purchase.

Until yesterday I would have given the dealership four stars. Now they are lucky to receive a single one. I was one of the first customers to come through their doors. I was there before they were officially supposed to even be talking to customers.
