This dealership sold my nephew a 2020 Giulia without a wheel lock. He didn't discover this until 5 months later when he needed to service his break pads. He called the manager at this location and the manager immediately told him "there's nothing I can do to help". Did not provide any solution whatsoever. The manager insinuated that he was lying about his situation which is absurd. Worst customer service. These people are THIEVES & LIARS. All they care about is making a quick buck, they don’t care about anyone but their selves, would NOT reccomend!
