Easy and simple, made the long drive worth it.
Purchased a vehicle from them with an extended warranty. Turns out the warranty is essentially a SCAM, and barely covers any of the repairs. I reached out to the dealer to see if they would stand behind what they've sold me, and while at first they seemed concerned, they then proceeded to ignore me, and the owner feels no responsibility to take care of their customers beyond selling the car. Abysmal customer service, and a complete lack of basic communication. Never buy a vehicle from the Volume Cars group (Jidd Auto Group).
*Update* 11/28/23 - So it's almost been a full year since my purchase, can't say much about the car. So repairs were needed less than a month after driving off the lot. The service shop has had my car since May. Now almost December it's done! Not 1 loaner car available like promised on your paperwork not to mention somehow, I'm paying for a whole new engine out of pocket. So I got the car back today and absolutely nothing was fixed!
