I don't even know where to begin. My experience with this dealership has been the worst out of all the cars I have leased the past 12 years. I leased a 2022 Alfa Romeo Guilia in September of 2022. I recently I purchased a 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Van Nuys Alfa Romeo and I had amazing experience thanks to Sief Shuqdam. I bought a 22 used ford raptor at this dealership. Upon getting the car shipped to me there was scratches and scrapes all over the car. The sales rep and the sales manager upon me reporting all this damage at delivery said they would take care of it. The car showed up with 1. Drivers seat was broken and didn’t move 2. Rear fender flare was scratched and damaged 3. Hard top was keyed and vandalized. I was on a scheduled service for my Stelvio and walked into the show room just to check out the new models. Sief saw me and welcome me right away if he can help me with anything. I told him like to test drive Grecale and Sief eargely helped to spotted both Modena and GT models and we drove around the city to compare these two cars.
