The service department is fantastic! I could go to another dealership that's closer to home, but I happily drive the extra distance to this dealership instead because the service is so much better!

They sell cars they "stand behind" but sold me a car that in 10,000 miles I now have to replace all struts, brakes front/rear and new tires. I should never have trusted their "safety check" or the sales person stating look at these tires they are like new. If you don't catch it in 3,000 miles it is your problem. I trusted them and learned my lesson. Never will I do business with them again.
By far some of the nicest people I've met. Took great care of me.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying not 1 but 2 cars from here.. David the salesmen, David in the financial department and Randy the manager have been more then amazing.. They went above and beyond for me and treated me as if I was their only customer.. I would recommend Fiat of Lakeside to anyone...
