The sales person named Dave lied to my wife & I from the very beginning. He said that they completely rebuilt the suspension in our vehicle of interest which upon inspection none the suspension was new. Then he wanted $8000 as a so-called down payment for a car that is only less than $14,000. When we didnt want to give them free $ for their pockets they left us to sit for 2 an a half hrs until we left. RecommendedAfter driving a truck for two years my wife wanted something fun to drive to work. We already had a practical car for winter so we went to look at the Fiat 124 Spyder Roadster. We were greeted by Stan Pough and began to discuss the car we had been thinking about. I have been there twice on the past two Thursdays for service and have been turned away.. So you can buy a car there, but can't get it serviced?

I used to be very impressed with the service department (sending many people here). Now? Not so much. For several years an oil change was 20 to 30 minutes and the car was washed. Then, Steve would always say “ I looked in the system to make sure there weren’t any recalls or anything.” He always remembered me, called me by name and asked about my family, by name... The last 3 oil changes? 60 to 90 minutes (and no car wash). I could go to Auto Zone, buy the oil and change it myself in less time. I have a service contract and w... read more
