In November 1964, Inspired by the people of Rolla, Alex Kallas and his wife Froso Kallas chose the location for his restaurant. He believed here in Rolla there was something special about the people, the town, and how he could be part of it. As the years pased Alex's Pizza Palace became part of Rolla, a tradition, and a famous spot that contains many memories and a part of this history of the city. Now when poeple come back to Rolla, they always have an Alex's Pizza.

Best pizza by far in phelps county! Love it!
My family had the worst experience tonight and will probably not be going back, at least not if Dallas (a "manager") is working. He is incapable of taking care of his guests and is rude and insulting. Still a great pizza (if you ever get it) and still good wait staff.

I love the hamburger pizza and at Alex's every time that I am in Rolla. I have been enjoying Alex's since my freshman year at UMR 41 years ago!
