RecommendedBest Punk Rock Bar in Los Angeles. Excellent friendly staff. The door man is a complete gentleman, really a nice guy once you get to know him. Not a total ego maniac like half the bouncers in town. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Bartenders are very friendly as well, and the place is safe. I have seen alot of shows at this place and never once have I seen a fight break out. Thanks for running a great Club Alex. I will continue to frequent your establishment sir....

If you’re a band he will rip you off. He’ll agree to give you an amount then he’ll run away like a little girl and leave the bartender to deal with him shorting you out. My band has been all over Europe and the US and the one time we get ripped off is by a “friend “ in our home town. But that’s how he stays in business by taking your money at the door and taking some money from the bands and he’s too much of a pussy to face you about it. Great guy.

great stage, professional sound system, great sound engineer operating, great bartending staff, and just an overall cool place. If you ever want to see Rock shows at a cool spot in Long Beach make sure to stop by this place.
