Cool bar Cool bar, kinda anything goes. Tons to look at around the bar. Air hockey and pool there, drink specials and great atmospher. If you can find it, it is an interesting place to hang.
My Kinnda Place I just found this place about a year ago. Depending on your mood time of day or night, alignment of the stars, what side of the bed you got up on.....it will be a great time or so-so. Always interesting to see who's hanging out though. People are friendly....don't let the decore fool ya.
Dia de los muertos anyone? With a velvet painting of Elvis and miniature skeletons in wedding outfits the decor could initially be described as morbid...until you get into the vibe of this place. Look around and find hipsters, punk rockers, rockabilies; aficionados of the music this place provides live or in the jukebox. Drinks are strong and the beer is cold. Alex's Bar is definitely interesting. A cool bar with crazy velvet paintings and a photo booth. It's always busy with live music and a great crowd. It can get pretty crowded and rowdy after everyone's had a few drinks, but it's a great atmosphere where no one gives a crap about what anyone thinks. If you've had a bad day -- Alex's bar is for sure a place to drink your sorrows away with cheap drinks.
