Alex's Auto is a truly honest, trustworthy, and dependable mechanic. For example, they once had a small, unexpected issue while fixing my car that would take a few extra days. They were completely upfront and truthful about it, which was a nice change of pace, and also gave me a free rental car in the meantime. Great service and customer care.
Alex's Auto is great because they work on all different makes of cars, and they're experts with them all. They know the parts, have connections with other repair/parts shops, and understand each make/model. My family has a couple different brands of cars, and we just take them all to Alex's. Specific car dealers tend to be a bit pricier, so it's nice to just take them all to one shop.
The entire staff is friendly, personable, and don't talk down to you. They explain things clearly in an easy to understand way, and the all the guys are upfront and honest. That's really important to me in a mechanic, and they never try to hide or exaggerate anything.
