We moved here eight months ago, and we love living in this location. Virginia is honestly a really good manager; as 2 young girls living alone she really took good care of us. In the beginning we were a bit scared because there was an incident of a violent neighbor who was banging on our door at 3 am, claiming we were making noise, but when we told Virginia, she took the situation seriously, took good care of us, protected us, and made sure that neighbor didn't bother us ever again. Just called to ask about availability. A lady answered and I asked if they had any studios available soon and she said no we don't and before I could ask another question she hung up on me. Not a good first impression - would be concerned about how the rest of the property is managed.
Never receives any calls ever, we have been trying to call the office for months, every day, multiple times. NEVER NOBODY answers the phone. Avoid.
Lived here for a couple of years and it was great. the manager at the time cared for the bldg & the tenants. this manager Virginia does NOTHING! you cant ever reach her on the phone, shes barely ever in the office except for when its time to collect the rent. a dryer has been broken for 7 mos and the main lint traps in the backs are not cleaned out and could start a fire (the previous manager would always maintain and clean the main filters), the hot water went out and no one could find her, the fire alarm was going off one ... read more
