The Best! – First and foremost I think every bride should stop into Alexias for the ulitmate shopping experience! After visiting several stores in the area (Victorian Rose, Bridal Shop etc) I was hesitant to go anywhere else; however my sister convinced me to try Alexias and I am so glad that I did! The staff was great especially Alecia, she took the time to go over what I wanted and my budget and then pull dresses from that! Snobby, stuffy, rude, overrated – I went to Alexia's after visiting several other area boutiques and not finding what I wanted. I heard lots of raves on sites like these about Alexia's. I'm sorry to say, I was very disappointed. They seem to be enjoying a nice spot in the Triangle as the only "couture salon" but their service was not what I would expect from a shopping experience where I'm going to drop over 5K on an item! I felt like a princess! – When I first became engaged I knew exactly what I wanted my wedding dress to look like. I searched all over the Triangle trying to find my dream dress but was disappointed not only in the selection and quality, but the service. amazing bridal boutique – My experience with Alexia's was amazing. I showed them a photo of a dress I liked, they pulled one that they thought was similar, and it was the first dress I tried (of course I tried on many others...but this was the one!). The dress was completely unique, and fit my personality and that of my wedding perfectly. I had SO MANY friends and guests ask where it came from and comment on the dress. Great Experience – As a mom with her one and only daughter looking for a dress for her wedding, I was nervous and excited at the same time. The sales girls and Alexia made me feel so comfortable and were so helpful with my daughter. They gave her constructive ideas in choosing her dress. In response to "Notjoeschick": Not everyone has to agree with what everyone else is saying. So what if she did have a bad experience at Alexia's. Maybe "the owner" was having a bad day and being pushy. I don't think "joeschick" was being mean or condescending by saying that perhaps the owner was "PMSing". Actually, I think she's giving the owner the benefit of the doubt by saying that she's probably not like that normally but she maybe has PMS. INCREDIBLE dresses & WONDERFUL customer service – I couldn't disagree more with the latest review written below. I could say something about the taste level of someone who would choose that designer but I simply won't go there. Beautiful dresses but very pushy – I went to Alexia's Bridal my second time going to look at dresses. First off, I told them I didn't have an appointment, but they had some time so they took me. If you are on a small budget I definitely wouldn't recommend it, the dresses are pretty expensive. But I came back for a second appointment since I didn't have a whole lot of time the first time and found a couple dresses that I liked. The lady that was helping me was very sweet.
