Don't let Ruth near your dress! – Do NOT let Alexia's seamstress, Ruth, touch your dress! I cannot believe a high end boutique would hire someone as incompetent as her. She completely butchered the dress. Futhermore, she was clueless as to what type of silk was being used. The bridesmaid, however, was able to indentify it! How can you be a seamstress and not know the difference and names of fabrics? Ruth was also unable to offer any solutions on how to fix her butchered job. Completely Overrated – I have been completely dissatisfied with the purchase of my wedding gown at Alexia's. Reasons for my dissatisfaction include the following: 1. Even though I was told the gown would take 6 months, The gown did not take 6 months, it took 9 months, and I had to repeatedly contact Alexias, beginning in June, for monthly update on the status of my dress. Alexia's is one-of-a-kind! – I shopped all around Raleigh and Charlotte for that perfect dress and it wasn't until I visited Alexia's in Cary that I found the one! I was very impressed from the moment I walked in; I had my own luxurious fitting room, very own employee to help me narrow down styles, and they even offered me wine! The Very Best for Weddings – This is the only place to purchase a bridal gown! From the first time my daughter and I made an appointment until her wedding day everyone at Alexia's was detail oriented and wanted 100% satisfaction. The alterations are superb and they want perfection for the bridal gown. They go the extra steps for superior fit and making sure the gown is what is best for the bride. Very high end, beautiful dresses – I found my dress at Alexia's - they worked with my budget and found dresses I could afford. I was definitely below their "start point" but they found me a lot of dresses I could afford - 2-3 were ones that I could order and afford, the rest I would purchase as samples. Alexia knows what she is doing, and her employees are very sweet and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience! – I went to Alexia's after several other dress shops...and I was extremely impressed! Alexia's request that only they handle the dresses, and for this reason, their beautiful dresses are in perfect condition (dirt free, and tear free) unlike all the other bridal shops I visited. best bridal boutique EVER – My sister and I both bought our wedding dresses from Alexia's and could not be more pleased. My sister was married in September and her dress, the alterations and everything else were perfect. My wedding will be this April and I could not be more pleased with their service. Every Salon should see how Alexia does it! – I just bought my dress this past weekend and am getting married in a year. Honestly, I read the few bad reviews listed below and was a bit nervous.
