Have dealt there for years with good results. We recently picked out a carpet that had 3 different pile densities. We picked the middle quality and the salesperson wrote up the order. Somehow we did not get the same quality delivered. We went back to the store and we were shown what they installed and there were only 2 choices of pile density. The rug I purchased from Alexanian in Kitchener is literally so stunning! The colours are vibrant and it's so comfortable to step on. I was a little hesitant to buy it at first because I had to get it shipped across the country, but Kaspar made the process super easy. He was accommodating, patient, and provided such amazing customer service.
Very responsive staff (Graham was great!) professional installs, good selection.
Went in to look at the vinyl flooring options found their selection to be extensive and of a much better quality than what you see at a discount flooring place or big box store. Our salesman Larry did a great job of teaching us about the various options so we could make the best choice for our needs. The pricing was good, the product was delivered in a timely manner and was easy to install. We were very pleased with the results. Thanks again Larry!
We had carpet and flooring installed in July and August 2024, and Larry, the salesman at the Kitchener store, was very helpful and friendly. The installers for the carpet and flooring did a beautiful job. The price of everything was within our budget.
